Our Nursery Property
Hop2it operates a professional propagation nursery with an abundance of land for planting Moringa north of Brisbane in Burnett Shire Queensland.
Propagating Moringa
With over one hectare under hothouses, Hop2it has the capacity to propagate 100,000 seedlings per month in preparation of field planting.
Trimming & Cleanup
On a daily basis, Hop2it staff monitor and manage the Moringa seedlings until they are at least 60cms high and they are planted.
Products & Sales
Each Moringa Tree produces at least a minimum of one kilo of powder per annum. Oil, animal fodder and green drumsticks are all secondary products of Moringa, the “Tree of Life”.

Hop2it has significant experience in carbon credit production since 2001. The Founder of Hop2it holds a Permit with the Carbon Emissions Regulator (CER) and sits on the Board of other large Carbon Abatement companies in Papua New Guinea and Singapore. The Hop2it Group manages several million hectares of land for deforestation avoidance and international Carbon Credit Unit (CCU) production.
The Company, on our newly acquired nursery property, has the ability to propagate up to 2,000,000 Moringa plants per annum (enough for over 1,000 hectares) and process seed to oil, and moringa bush trim into powder for the secondary processing into food, wellness products and the harvesting of Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs).
Moringa plants, as seedlings, will be on sold to our Member partners and others on rural farms in Australia for them to add Moringa afforestation methodologies to their Carbon Abatement Projects as new plantations to harvest ACCUs.
Our quick to market revenue comes from “trim” (leaves) from each Moringa tree (min. 1 x kilo per tree per annum) which can be first harvested as quick as 40 days after planting when they are 60cms tall, which is approx. 30 days from germination. Moringa can grow to 15 feet tall in 18 months and has one of the world’s highest “carbon sequestration” rates of any tree (approx. 75kgs per tree per annum).
The company will manage the production of animal fodder pellets, human food and wellness products for domestic and international sale while awaiting annual ACCU harvests for added income. Moringa Powder and Moringa Seed Oil will be primary processed on our nursery property, and then secondarily processed into Moringa infused food and wellness products for wholesale and retail distribution online.

Maintenance & Upkeep
As part of our partnership with our Members, Hop2it maintains the upkeep of the Moringa mini plantations. Staff look after your Moringa trees from, “Seed to Trade” and nurture the trees to their mature height until they are cut to the ground on year 8 so as to refresh the tree and start again. So your investment in a mini plantation is a longer term investment to seek regular passive income by putting a small amount of money to work earning well better than bank interest with less risk that the stock market.
