Moringa Plantation Return on Investment (ROI)
Each Membership Level and Plan requires a minimum purchase of Moringa Trees (Seedlings) which grow expedientially to produce income streams for the Member. The more Moringa trees our Members own has the larger their “return on investment”.
Passive & Direct Sales Income
Moringa Oleifera is a hardy plant contributing to a USD$10 billion industry. Hop2it has designed a mini-plantation product which comprises of a bundle of Moringa trees which Hop2it Members purchase and Hop2it manages for a fee.
Each plantation has an initial life of 8 years and produces passive income from products such as Moringa powder, oil and fodder, on sold for the Member.
Financial Return Multiple
Participating Black Opal, Platinum, Gold or Silver Members all purchase a bundle of Moringa trees. Plantations and product sales have projected Return on Investment Multiples of between 1.5 and 3.1 time initial invested capital.
Annualised Rate of Return
Members Moringa plantations are harvested of “trim” up to three times a year. The products produced are on sold and the member is paid. Hop2it has projected for its membership levels an Annualised Rate of Return between 5.2% and 15.2% from Silver to Black Opal categories.

How Long has Hop2it Australasia Been in Business?
Hop2it Australasia Pty Ltd ABN 73 632 727 112 incorporated in Queensland Australia on 4th April 2019. The Hop2it brand was founded in 2012 and set up in Hong Kong and the USA to provide product sales of Infant Formula after the Chinese melamine scare from 2008 on. Hop2it Australasia was raised to accommodate and focus on the creation and on sale of Australian Carbon Credit Units. Hop2it holds a License to operate such business with the Carbon Emissions Regulator (CER) and operates an ANREU Account to buy, sell, swap and trade Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs).
Why Moringa Plantations?
Moringa has been a familiar plant to Hop2it’s founder since 2016. Moringa also happens to be one of the top CARBON sequesters of all flora, and of course, an opportunity arose for Hop2it to set up a formal propagation nursery in South East Queensland and work with Landowners (Farmers) in the Wide Bay and North and South Burnett Shire acting as a Proponent to create ACCUs for sale. Moringa enhances one of the methodologies for the creation of Carbon Credits and our use of Moringa Plantations provided a point of difference for this as well as the production of primary products such as Moringa powder, oil and animal fodder. In terms of revenue, the global Moringa market size was valued at around USD 9.5 billion in 2022 and is projected to reach USD 18.2 billion, by 2030.
How Do Hop2it Members Participate?
Members Mini-plantations have been designed to provide an entry level into this lucrative moringa industry and with Hop2it’s partnership, make significant sales of primary Moringa products Australia wide and internationally.
How Is My Return On Investment Projected?
Moringa provide a number of income streams from the harvesting of its “trim” which takes place as early as 3 months depending on the climate conditions. Each tree can produce at least a minimum of 1 x kilogram of Moringa Powder. These products currently retail for up to AUD$50.00 per 100 grams or $500 per kilo. In addition, Moringa Oil can be “cold pressed” from the Seed Pods, however Hop2it minimises this activity from Members Plantations as seed is used for ongoing seedling production. All Moringa Tree waste is mixed with additives such as corn meal other local resourced waste products and then pelletised and sold as Animal Fodder.

Moringa is said to provide 7 times more vitamin C than oranges, 10 times more vitamin A than carrots, 17 times more calcium than milk, 9 times more protein than yoghurt, 15 times more potassium than bananas and 25 times more iron than spinach.
The lifespan of a Moringa tree can reach 20 years with a high production of leaves, pods and seeds, products which can be valorised in different markets. Hop2it projects effective production life in 8 years segments after which total pruning will be undertaken and then the Moringa tree will grow back over a 6 month period to re-commence its “cash crop” production in full again.
Members Returns On Investment have been projected by Hop2it in consideration of all of the above factors and Level of Membership Plan.
How is my Return Multiple Calculated?
Each Membership Plan or Level has a requirement for the Member to purchase a bundle of Moringa Oleifera trees from 10 to 50 trees, membership plan specific.
From our projections of product production and sale of these bundles of trees in a Members Plantation, we have projected that a Return Multiple from 1.5 for Silver Member to 3.1 for Black Opal member is possible. This means the multiple of the original invested capital by the Member in purchasing a Plantation Plan. For example; a Black Opal member purchases a Plan of 50 Moringa trees for AUD$3,750. From Hop2it’s projections, it is possible for the Member to enjoy AUD$11,625 or a Return Multiple of 3.1 times original purchase price.
What Annualised Rate of Return Can I Expect?
Similar to a Members Return Multiple, Hop2it projects a Members Annualised Rate of Return, per Membership Plan as a percentage return on your invested capital to purchase your Moringa trees. Annualised Rates of Return has been projected from Silver Membership (5.2% ROI), gold membership (9% ROI) Platinum (12.1% ROI) and Black Opal Membership a significant 15.2% Annualised Rate of Return.
